We also provide full Over-the-Air updates for the life-cycle of the device, meaning you always have working access to the best and widest selection of content.

Buffering and slow internet – Router adjustment

Please do the following.

  1. Log into your router, go to WIFI Settings and change your channel width from Auto to 20/40.
  2. Then change channel from auto to 6.

The reason for this is that some router models are not able to co-exist with BLE ( low energy Bluetooth) which the mediabox uses.

Your WiFi should work fine now.
